The Company adopts the principles established by the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNA Code), promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru (MINCETUR).

- Rejecting all forms of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
- Complying with all applicable Peruvian laws concerning the protection of minors.
- Providing ongoing awareness and training for its employees.

- Reporting any suspected cases related to the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents to the competent authorities.
- Disseminating preventive information through digital and printed materials.
- Cooperating with awareness campaigns promoted by MINCETUR and other competent authorities.

- Maintain ethical and professional conduct at all times.
- Report any suspected case of child sexual exploitation.
- Refrain from promoting or participating in activities related to sex tourism.
- Respect and protect the fundamental rights of children and adolescents.
Commitment to Customers and Suppliers
Customers and suppliers will be informed that the Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
By contracting or using the Company’s services, customers and suppliers acknowledge and agree to respect these principles.
Legal Framework
This Policy is based on the following legal instruments:
- Political Constitution of Peru.
- Law No. 29408 – General Tourism Law.
- Peruvian Criminal Code.
- Code of Conduct for the Prevention of the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR).
- Any other applicable national laws and regulations.
Validity
This digital version of the Policy shall remain publicly available to employees, customers, suppliers, and users of Hiking and Adventures’ digital channels.
