Lima – Sacred Valley – Machupicchu – Cusco

Intinerario
Day 01: Transfer from Lima airport to the hotel.
Our staff will meet and contact you at the airport to take you to your hotel. Check-in at the hotel.
Day 02: City Tour in Lima
We will start this tour discovering the historical capital of Peru once called the city of kings. In the morning we will visit the historical centre where we will find the San Francisco Church and Plaza Mayor,
Afterwards we will go for lunch in a traditional area of Lima in the district of Pueblo Libre where we will have lunch at the restaurant “Hacienda Queirolo”. After a nice lunch we will continue our tour visiting the Larco museum and in the afternoon we will return to the hotel. (B,L)
Day 03: Flight to Cusco
This day we will leave the hotel early to take the first flights that will take us to the ancient capital of the Inkas Cusco. Upon arrival in the city we will be taken directly to the Sacred Valley and on the way to the Sacred Valley, we will visit the village of Chinchero, considered as the town of the Andean weavers, where we will have a demonstration of Andean weavings prepared by a group of Andean women specialized in this activity. Then we will have lunch in a tourist restaurant and continue our journey to our hotel in the Sacred Valley. (B,L)
Day 04: Tour in the Sacred Valley
Full day tour in the Sacred Valley, we will visit the archaeological sites of Ollantaytambo and Moray and the famous salt mines of Maras, after touring the fertile valleys of the Sacred Valley, we will have our lunch included and in the afternoon we will return to the hotel to rest (B,L).
Day 05: Machupicchu
Early departure from the hotel and transfer to Ollantaytambo station, to take our train to Machu Picchu. After a 2 hour journey enjoying the scenery of the Cusco jungle, we will arrive at the village of Aguas Calientes, then we will take the bus to the ruins of Machu Picchu.
After a special tour of the Inca llaqta we will have lunch and be taken to our hotel to rest and recover our energies. Our dinner is included. (B,L,D)
Day 06: Second day exploring Machupicchu
This day we will have the opportunity to return to visit Machupicchu and to be able to walk and visit the areas that we did not know the previous day. After the tour we will have our lunch and in the afternoon our train back to Cusco.
Day 07: City Tour in Cusco
This day we will have our city tour visiting the city of Cusco, accompanied by our local guide we will discover important places like Sacsayhuaman Qenqo, temple of the sun “Qoricancha” and the Cathedral. After the tour we will have the afternoon free for shopping. Farewell dinner included. (B,D)
Day 08: Flight Cusco – Lima
Our staff will escort you from the hotel to the airport for your domestic flight back to Lima. (B)
